Features
- Added a link to Personnel Folders for each Deployable Person shown in the Ops app. This uses the media link stored in BBCRM.
- Created a new user role called ‘Deployable Person’. This is for non-Ops members of staff who may be deployed but are not SRT members. This is so that they can update their details without accessing the Vols Portal. Users with this role will only be able to view their own profile.
- To add these new users they need to be created in the Ops App as Local Users as normal, but will be given the role ‘Deployable Person’. These users then additionally need to have their Mendix account linked to their BBCRM profile. This is done on the Account Add/Edit page by selecting their BBCRM profile (by name or BBID) from the dropdown list. (This is the same process as currently done in setting up a user in the Vols Portal).
- Adrian Heath has been created in Ops App Production environment as an example of this type of user account.

- You can now quickly add a partner if they don’t exist via the project partner selection page (OAP-108)
- Control over the project work area start date has been removed. The work area is now the range of the child milestone dates (OAP-115)
- Comments section has been added to project work areas/milestones (OAP-116)
- You can add/edit/remove your own comments
- As a result of the comments section, the notes section has been removed
- Previous notes made have been migrated to the comments section
- Removed the project milestone search filter (OAP-118)
- Project milestones have a quick ‘complete’ button (green tick) that will mark the milestone complete with todays date (OAP-122)
- You can now collapse the left pane on the project tool/resource planner to see more of the gantt chart (OAP-124)
- This is done by dragging the resize bar all the way to the left
- To bring the left pane back, drag the resize bar from the far left back to the right

- We added a searchable overview page of all the responses that have an end date, with their the decision rationale so that you can easily look up the reason why a response was stopped. (OAP-20)
- You can now set the link between a decision and criteria assessment manually so that you can trace back a decision to specific criteria. (OAP-22)

In this release
- We made it possible for you to edit the profile details of a Team Member without having to go into Blackbaud CRM to do it. We also added a link to the current Team Member’s Blackbaud record in case you need to edit anything more in depth.
- You can now sign in using your ShelterBox Office 365 account. If you are already signed into Office 365 (or, more specifically Microsoft Azure AD) you will be signed in automatically. This is an important prerequisite for our stragegy of adding more applications, while retaining a consistent “single app” user experience.
- Any phone numbers added (in Team Member profiles, Emergency Contacts and Response Key Players) will now be automatically validated and formatted to an internationally diallable standard format. You can still override in case of odd numbers.
- We have imported historical deployment data going back to 2013. This includes Events, Responses, Teams and Team Members. Team Members who were deployed but are no longer active have been added and then “deleted” so that their details are still available historically.
- Team Members who had a different role (Staff, Volunteer or other) at the time they were deployed than the one they hold currently will have a note to that effect displayed on the Team Members section of the Team Summary page.
- On the Response Summary page we removed some confusing text in the “Teams” section.
- We fixed a bug where changes to the County field on an address was not getting updated immediately.
- We fixed a bug with uploaded Passports and certain image formats.
