Story
LOGS-661 As a supply chain user, I would like the ability to create a list of ‘Transit Locations’ in order to create set point of reference’s for future reporting.
LOGS-662 As a supply chain user, I would like the ability to create a list ‘Vehicle Types’ for different freight methods (sea, air, road and rail). These should be editable by supply chain HQ users so we can adapt as necessary.
LOGS-663 As a supply chain user, I would like to be able to create and edit a list of ‘Load Types’ which then feed into the consignment app.

- This is the initial release of the Shipping App with some subsequent changes merged into the mainline.
- Made minor improvements that dealt with better presentation
- Fixed a bug where the Consignment Number was not being generated correctly in the Shipping App. The change was to use the Consignment Number entered in the Issue transaction consistently throughout the process and not to change it.
- Added the ability for an Admin to change the Consignment Number if required, using the Old_Id attribute as the original Consignment Number linked to the Inventory app.
- Added new enumerated list for Consignment Type to allow users to define whether it is Local or International and filter the list accordingly.
